Several companies across the insurance, risk management, and financial sectors have made strategic leadership appointments, reinforcing their commitment to growth and innovation.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions to strengthen government risk solutions

LexisNexis Risk Solutions has appointed Glenn Prager as executive director of government risk solutions. Prager brings over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, focusing on fraud prevention, waste reduction and ensuring benefits reach eligible individuals.

In his new role, Prager will work with the US Department of Health and Human Services, state and local Medicaid Departments and inspector general offices.

Prager previously held leadership roles, including Inspector General for the State of Arizona and with the US Department of Justice and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

NFP names senior vice president of property and casualty

NFP, an Aon company, announced Joseph D’Agostino as senior vice president of property and casualty.

D’Agostino brings nearly two decades of experience in guiding companies through complex risks, including IPOs and acquisitions. He will report to Daniel Rodliff, senior vice president of P&C. D’Agostino previously served as a partner at Willis Towers Watson and senior vice president at Aon.

Intact Insurance names president of US global specialty lines

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions has appointed Lynn O’Leary as president of US global specialty lines.

O’Leary, who previously served as CEO of RSA Luxembourg, will focus on expanding Intact’s specialty presence in the US market.

T. Michael Miller, the outgoing CEO, highlighted O’Leary’s leadership in Europe, which strengthened broker relationships and expanded specialty offerings.

MGT Insurance strengthens AI and business development teams with key hires

MGT Insurance announced the addition of Paul Bessire as AI & data principal engineer and Jason Johnson as head of business development.

Bessire, former CTO and chief data officer at Coterie Insurance, will enhance MGT's AI-driven risk assessment and pricing capabilities. Johnson, with a track record in scaling agency networks, will lead business development efforts to expand MGT's presence nationwide.

New senior vice president of risk management at American Integrity Insurance

American Integrity Insurance Company has promoted Ryan Hodges to senior vice president of Risk Management.

Hodges has played a crucial role in navigating hurricane and reinsurance seasons in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Jon Ritchie, president of American Integrity, praised Hodges' expertise in catastrophe risk management and reinsurance strategies.

Hodges will continue overseeing the company's Risk Management department, ensuring proper risk selection and maintaining exposure levels.

New York Life names new board member

New York Life announced that Christopher D. Kastner, president and CEO of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), has joined its board of directors.

Kastner brings extensive operational and financial experience and will serve on the board’s Audit and Investment committees. Kastner previously held leadership roles at HII and Northrop Grumman, and his strategic insights are expected to enhance New York Life’s ability to deliver value to its policyholders.
