Several leadership changes and appointments have been announced across the insurance industry.
Sadler Norris has joined Alliant Insurance Services as vice president within its Employee Benefits Group.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Norris will work with clients nationwide to develop employee benefits solutions. He has experience in ancillary benefits, benefits administration, HR solutions, employee engagement, and strategic consulting. He has also worked on financing large-scale enrollment projects.
“Sadler’s extensive experience in technology, business development, and benefits administration enables him to effectively navigate the evolving benefits landscape,” said Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits. “His deep industry knowledge and ability to deliver tailored, client-driven solutions will provide tremendous value to our clients.”
Joe Mallee (pictured left) has been appointed head of MassMutual Financial Advisors, where he will focus on growing MassMutual’s financial professional network. He succeeds John Vaccaro (pictured right), who is retiring after nearly 20 years with MassMutual.
Mallee previously served as CEO and general agent of MassMutual Eastern Pennsylvania. He has held roles at Merrill Lynch, Guardian, and Penn Mutual and been involved in industry leadership roles, including serving as a political ambassador for Finseca and as a past president of the Lehigh Valley chapter of NAIFA.
AmTrust Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., has appointed Netanel Hershtik as underwriting counsel & business development to support its expansion in New York.
Hershtik has more than seven years of experience in title insurance and real estate law, with a background in underwriting and business development at title agencies in the tri-state area. Most recently, he served as counsel for Gotham Abstract & Settlement LLC.
