Several insurance firms have announced key leadership appointments as they continue to expand their teams and enhance their service capabilities.
Brown & Riding has welcomed back Hayley Cassis as vice president and casualty broker specializing in construction.
Cassis, who previously worked at the firm, has extensive experience in the construction sector. Brown & Riding President and CEO Jeff Rodriguez said her industry expertise and commitment will strengthen the firm’s capabilities.
Earlier this month, the company also announced that Michael Davis has joined Chris Bading in leading the firm’s national property practice.
The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has appointed Derrick Martine (pictured above) as vice president, producer, employee benefits in its Irvine, Calif., office.
Martine has over a decade of experience in employee benefits and began his career in life insurance following the stock market crash.
He later transitioned into the employee benefits sector, working as an advisor at Morris & Garritano Insurance Services.
The company’s last major appointment was in August, when Liberty brought in Pierce Dyer as vice president/producer.
LP Insurance Services, LLC has named Cathy Santoni as director of commercial lines. In her new role, she will lead the commercial lines service team and contribute to operational initiatives across the company.
Santoni has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds certifications in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Based in Phoenix, she has been with LP Insurance for two decades and has a background in commercial lines, risk services, and operational process development.
In October, LP Insurance also announced the addition of Travis Reed to its commercial lines team in northern Nevada. His work centers on supporting businesses with risk management and mitigation strategies tailored to their needs.
