The chief executive of an international, full-service brokerage firm recently sold his mansion in Palm Beach, FL for a cool $20.75 million.

According to real estate news site The Real Deal, the Freitas family first bought the property in 2002 through True 680 LLC, for $3.3 million. The mansion was later built on the 0.64-acre lot in 2006, and it has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a pool.

Mark Edwards Partners serves both domestic and international clients. As a brokerage, it offers personal, P&C, executive liability, and life insurance products. The company also provides other financial services, such as estate planning. Notably, Mark Edwards Partners has an equine insurance program, and the brokerage also specializes in serving clients involved in the sports, entertainment, and cannabis industries.
