Risk and insurance advisor Insgroup has announced the appointments of Julie Rogers (pictured above) as senior safety consultant and Mason Barker (pictured below) as employee benefits consultant.
Rogers has nearly 20 years of industry experience in loss control at companies including Travelers, AIG and Trane. In her new role, she will develop a formal risk control services program and assist clients in assessing and improving their operations and risk-control and safety programs. She will also introduce to clients Insgroup’s safety management system as a tool for reporting claims and managing their safety programs. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational education from Wayland Baptist University and a master’s degree in safety, security and emergency management from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a Certified Safety Professional.
Barker brings to his role expertise in benefit plan consultation, design and enrollment. In his new position, he will use Insgroup’s proprietary Prosperity360 process to deliver health, welfare and ancillary wellness products and services to the company’s clients. Barker holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Louisiana State University and is a licensed life and health agent.
