Bolton & Company has been named as one of the “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” for the fifth straight year in a row by the Los Angeles Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
The award program recognizes small, medium, and large employers in the Los Angeles County area that do well in criteria such as leadership, corporate culture and other similar organizational areas. A total of 100 companies – for-profits, nonprofits, government entities, as well as publicly and privately-held businesses – made the rankings.

Best Companies Group manages the annual program by conducting the surveys, analyzing the data, and determining the winners and rankings.

The companies selected for the annual program participate in a two-part survey process. The first survey takes note of a company’s policies, practices, benefits and demographics, while the second one gauges employee engagement and satisfaction.
Established in 1931, Bolton & Company is a major privately-owned insurance broker partnered with Assurex Global. The company is based in Pasadena, with additional offices in Orange County and Santa Clara.
