ICW Group Insurance Companies has announced the appointment of Todd Hartline as vice president of information technology. In his new role, Hartline will lead ICW Group’s IT function and will be based in the company’s San Diego headquarters reporting to John Novak, ICW Group COO and strategic execution officer.

As we continue to deliver on our technology agenda, we sought an IT leader with credentials best suited to champion the next phase of innovation and growth for ICW Group.”

Hartline has 20 years of IT experience. Prior to joining ICW Group, he served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology at Admiral Insurance. He has also served as senior director of software development and application portfolio management at Liberty Mutual.
