Hub International Limited has continued its M&A march, acquiring the assets of Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency, based in Novato, CA, is a full-service commercial and personal insurance agency. Blair Jarcik, president of Blair Jarcik Insurance Agency, will join Hub California and will report to Bryan Costello, San Francisco Bay Area regional leader.
The acquisition is the third announced by Hub this week. On Tuesday, the company announced its acquisition of California-based HMBD Insurance Services. On Wednesday, Hub announced the acquisition of Silverstone Group, the largest insurance brokerage in Nebraska and one of the largest brokerages in the US.
