Global insurance brokerage Hub International Limited has acquired Triester, Rossman & Associates (TRA Insurance Solutions). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pennsylvania-based TRA Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance firm that provides commercial and personal insurance and employee benefits. Scott Davis and Jeffrey Triester, principals at TRA Insurance Solutions, will join Hub Northeast.
