Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Harris, Madden, Powell, Stallings & Brown, Inc. (HMP).
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Memphis, TN, HMP is an independent, full-service commercial, surety, employee benefits and personal lines agency. A release said that HMP focuses on the construction, distribution, manufacturing, and healthcare practices, as well as alternative risk solutions.
HMP’s leadership team – Mark Harris, Jay Madden, Rick Powell, Ric Stallings, Keith Brown, Wally Jones, Cooper Permenter, and Blake Dickens – and all of its full-time employees will remain in their existing offices in Memphis and Oxford, MS.
