Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of M.B.I. Group. The Mississippi-based company will join Hub International Gulf Coast. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
M.B.I. Group is an independent insurance firm offering personal lines, including real estate, auto, umbrella and life insurance products.
Michael Bishop, president and owner of M.B.I. Group, will remain with the company and will report to Shaun Norris, president of Hub International Gulf South.
