The Hilb Group has announced the appointment of Aida Sukys (pictured above) as chief financial officer.
In her new role, Sukys will join the senior executive team and take charge of the company's financial initiatives. She will report to Hilb Group CEO Ricky Spiro and oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions.

Sukys has more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Hilb Group, she held senior financial positions at Willis Towers Watson, including global head of financial operations, CFO of corporate risk and broking, and CFO of the North America region. She most recently served as CFO of Interos, an AI technology company.

The Hilb Group recently announced the acquisition of Fort Lauderdale-based agency E/G of Florida and The Nowell Agency, a Mississippi-based firm.
