The Hilb Group (THG) has acquired the operations of Burns & Eustice Insurance Agency (B&E), based in Michigan.
Since 1931, B&E has been offering property & casualty insurance solutions to both personal and commercial clients in northern Michigan.
B&E’s associates, led by managing director Tony Eustice, will continue to operate out of their two locations in Cheboygan and Onaway following the acquisition – which became effective October 01, 2018.

This is THG’s second major acquisition for the month. Last week, the Richmond, VA-based middle market insurance agency acquired the employee benefits and actuarial consulting firm DBR Group in Massachusetts.
