High Street Insurance Partners has revealed that it has acquired the assets of Tompkins Insurance Agency (TIA) in Traverse City, MI.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
TIA offers specialized business and personal insurance solutions throughout Michigan. According to a release, TIA will be made part of KorthaseFlinn Insurance & Financial Services – a High Street Insurance Partners company – as part of the transaction.
The TIA team will report to KorthaseFlinn Insurance & Financial Services president Randy Flinn.
High Street, also based in Traverse City, MI, offers specialty commercial P&C insurance, employee benefits services, and personal lines to a range of industries.
KorthaseFlinn Insurance in Northern Michigan is a major independent insurance and financial services firm in the region, founded in 1926. Currently, KorthaseFlinn operates four offices and serves more than ten thousand clients in the Midwest area.
