International insurance brokerage and risk management services firm Arthur J.
Gallagher announced its acquisition of Victory Insurance Agency Inc., based in Pearland, Texas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Victory Insurance Agency is a retail insurance broker founded in 1983 that provides commercial property/casualty, employee benefits, risk management consulting and personal lines insurance services to clients in the south central United States. The firm specializes in offering coverage for the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, energy, marine, technology, transportation and construction industries, as well as public entities and school districts.
Following the acquisition, President Roger Montemayor and his associates will continue to operate from their Pearland and Lake Jackson, Texas, locations under the supervision of Gallagher head of South Central retail property/casualty brokerage operations Bret VanderVoort and South Central employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations head John Neumaier.
