Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of Utah-based Real Estate Insurance Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Real Estate Insurance Solutions, founded in 2004, offers real estate errors and omissions insurance and cyber liability to commercial and residential real estate agents and brokers, business brokers, appraisers, home inspectors, title insurance agents, mortgage brokers, leasing agents and property managers in 32 states.
Real Estate Insurance Solutions head Chris Nangle and his employees will remain in their current location and will report to Kevin Garvin, head of Gallagher Affinity.
