Texas-based Financial Benefit Services (FBS) has completed its rebranding as Higginbotham Public Sector, marking a significant milestone in the firms’ partnership.
The rebranding is a result of a two-year successful collaboration between the two entities.
Rusty Reid, chairman and CEO of Higginbotham, expressed enthusiasm about the integration of FBS into the Higginbotham brand, highlighting FBS’s leadership in providing benefits brokerage services to public schools in Texas.
“For the last two years, our firms have joined forces to serve both the benefits and commercial insurance needs of that market,” Reid said. “Now under the Higginbotham name, that synergy can expand beyond our state’s borders.”
Kyle James, managing partner at Higginbotham Public Sector, shared the company’s vision for expanding its proven strategies and innovative tools, such as its proprietary online enrollment system and smartphone app, to new markets.
“Now that we’re Higginbotham Public Sector, we can go into Higginbotham offices in all these other states and show people what made us so successful in Texas and what we can do in their public sector markets as well,” James said.
