Jack Falvey officially took on the role as chief executive officer of Falvey Insurance Group, effective Jan. 1, 2025.

The move was announced following the news of Mike Falvey’s transition to the role of executive chairman.

Jack most recently served as chief operating officer. He joined the company in 2013 as a business analyst and then became vice president of group operations.

Commenting on his new role, Jack said that he will remain committed to the company’s goals moving forward.

“As I step into the role of chief executive officer, I do so with a clear vision for the future of Falvey and the utmost confidence in the leadership team that will help guide us there,” he said. “This organization has always been defined by its talent, ambition, and commitment to excellence – and I know that we will continue to build on those strengths as we move forward.”

In connection with the moves, Eric Newman was appointed chief risk officer; Brody Karn was named chief operating officer, and Brad Eldridge assumed the role of chief growth officer.

Newman, who has been with the company for 17 years, most recently served as executive vice president of claims, loss prevention and recoveries. He will continue to lead critical areas, including claims, loss prevention, recoveries and risk intelligence in his new role.

Karn, who most recently served as associate counsel, will now oversee the business intelligence and innovation, IT, legal and compliance, as well as capacity departments of the company.

Eldridge, meanwhile, will supervise the business development, marketing and wholesale brokerage of the company.

In addition to these C-suite level moves, Emmy Falvey will also be joining the company’s leadership team as senior vice president and head of capacity, effective Jan. 25, where she will be responsible for managing all market relationships. She will join the company from Westfield Specialty.
