Euclid Transactional, LLC, a managing general agent specializing in transactional insurance underwriting and claims handling, has expanded its partnership with CNA, as the latter joins the former’s North American transactional insurance program.
According to a news release, this demonstrates the confidence of CNA in Euclid Transactional, which has insured transactions valued at almost $5 trillion across its global network of 10 offices. CNA has been a part of Euclid Transactional’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa programs since early 2022. Euclid Transactional’s claims handling team, comprising over 20 professionals, has facilitated payments exceeding $800 million since 2016.
“The expansion of our already excellent relationship with a top-quality insurer like CNA will enhance our ability to deliver consistent, dependable commercial solutions to our valued clients around the globe,” said Jay Rittberg, managing principal of Euclid Transactional.
Steven Goldman, senior vice president at CNA, emphasized the positive trajectory of their partnership and their eagerness to broaden their international footprint.

John N. Colis, president and CEO of Euclid Insurance Services and a director on the board of directors of Euclid Transactional, commended the growth of partners like CNA within their network.
