EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has announced executive promotions to support its ongoing growth and specialized client needs.
Philip V. Moyles will now serve as co-president alongside Tom O’Neil (pictured above, left), while Gregg Bundschuh (pictured above, right) has been appointed chief growth officer, succeeding Moyles. Both Moyles and Bundschuh joined EPIC through acquisitions and have been integral to the company's expansion.
In his new role as co-president, Moyles will focus on enhancing growth, carrier relationships, and placement strategies. He will also continue to lead EPIC's Financial Services platform, which targets upper middle market and large risk opportunities.
Moyles first joined EPIC in 2018 with the acquisition of Vanbridge, the firm he founded in 2008. Since then, he has helped establish EPIC’s Financial Services division, known for its growth and innovation in alternative asset management.
Bundschuh, now chief growth officer, will concentrate on building EPIC's specialty practice areas. Since joining through the 2014 acquisition of Greyling, Bundschuh has led EPIC’s architects and engineers practice, with a recent focus on industry specialization through the establishment of EPIC’s National Construction & Infrastructure Group, Law Firm Practice Group, and Senior Living Practice.
“EPIC continues to demonstrate the ability to find creative solutions for the complex needs of our clients in a constantly evolving risk environment,” O’Neil said. “Phil and Gregg are exceptional leaders who I am thrilled to be working with in their expanded roles, further emphasizing our firm’s commitment to client-centric solutions.”
Steve Denton, CEO of Galway Retail Services, added, "I have been fortunate to work closely with Phil and Gregg over the past six years at EPIC and they have each led some of our fastest growing business segments. They both bring innovative solutions to our clients through a deep understanding of our clients' niche industries."
Earlier this year, EPIC also announced that Jacqueline Beaudet, formerly EPIC’s risk manager and director of compliance/regulatory, has been appointed as executive vice-president and general counsel, while Stephanie Zucker, previously vice president of surplus lines, has been promoted to senior vice president for compliance.
