Howden-owned DUAL North America has appointed Scott Noerr as its new chief information officer (CIO). The appointment is part of DUAL’s efforts to bolster its IT capacity and further enhance the way it serves its clients.

Noerr brings his extensive experience and a proven track record in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions across diverse organizational environments. His work will focus on driving innovation and implementing advanced technology solutions to ensure the seamless operation of critical systems that support DUAL’s business goals.

As the new CIO, Noerr will supervise DUAL’s technology team, including the heads of production applications, technology research and development, and IT infrastructure and corporate applications.
