CRC Group has announced strategic appointments with the addition of three executives to its leadership team.
Jessica Marshall (pictured left), who has been with CRC Group since 2018 as the senior vice president and director of marketing, has been elevated to the position of chief marketing officer. In her new role, Marshall will have comprehensive oversight over all aspects of communication, advertising, public relations, sales, and producer development programs.
Mike Baeurle (pictured center), formerly the executive vice president of agency distribution at CRC Group, has been appointed as the chief client officer. Baeurle's association with CRC Group began in 2016 with the acquisition of Swett & Crawford. In his new capacity, he will lead CRC Group’s retail agency distribution, business development strategy, and client relationship management across the company’s three operating divisions.
Curtis Moore (pictured right), who has also been with CRC Group since 2018, has been designated as the chief administrative officer. Moore, having held various critical roles within the company, will now be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions. Additionally, he will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of corporate strategic performance initiatives, including business process improvements, technology advancements, and other key priorities.
The trio of Moore, Marshall, and Baeurle will continue to report to Neil Kessler, president and chief operations officer of CRC Group. They will be integral additions to CRC’s Group Support Services (GSS) team, focused on providing and enhancing support functions across the company’s commercial solutions, specialty programs, and life, retirement, and benefits businesses.
“Jessica, Curtis, and Mike have a strong track record of strategic, results-driven leadership and extensive operational experience. We are excited to draw on those strengths as we prepare for the future. Adding these three proven leaders to the CRC Group executive team is an opportunity to focus on operational excellence and growth by leveraging their expertise and deep understanding of our organization and our industry,” Kessler said.
