Breckenridge Group is making its debut in Texas’s non-standard auto insurance market with the launch of a new managing general agency (MGA).
The new Breckenridge General Agency (BreckGen) will offer Texas insurance agents an outlet for affordable coverage for their insureds, a release said. The MGA will feature bilingual customer service and experienced claims handling.
To lead the new program, Breckenridge Group has tapped two veteran insurance professionals: Dennis DiCapua has been named president of BreckGen, while Sheree Davis has been appointed senior vice president, program director.
“We’re thrilled to have another solution we can bring to our independent agents in our home state of Texas,” said DiCapua. “As part of a well-established, national property and casualty insurance group with solid financial backing, we are confident in our ability to serve our agents and support their growth.”
“It’s a privilege to collaborate with these dedicated agents who work diligently to provide necessary auto coverage to their customers. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for agents while empowering their customers with access to an easy-to-use app and professional claims support,” added Davis.
