In a move to boost its global expansion, BMS Group has appointed Ali Trauttmansdorff as its new group chief people officer, effective immediately.
Based in London, Trauttmansdorff will join the executive committee and report to BMS group CEO Nick Cook. She will focus on supporting BMS’s merger and acquisition activities, aiming to ensure robust onboarding, integration, and talent management processes for new employees. Additionally, she will lead efforts in attracting and developing new talent, enhancing employee wellbeing and reward strategies, and prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This appointment highlights BMS’s commitment to strengthening its human resources function as it navigates significant growth, the company stated.

Trauttmansdorff brings extensive global experience, having held senior HR roles at Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Co. She was most recently the chief human resources officer for a US publicly listed global wealth and alternatives manager.
