Specialist professional liability insurer
Beazley has appointed two new territory managers to its private enterprise team, according to a news release. The private enterprise team handles the professional liability needs of small businesses.
Robert Hoban has been appointed to head private enterprise business development in the Midwest region. Hoban will be based in Beazley’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the insurer, he served as a senior underwriter for technology and cyber liability insurance at
Hiscox USA.
Beazley has appointed Karilyn Wells as territory manager for the private enterprise team in the Western region. She will work from the company’s Los Angeles office. Wells also comes to Beazley from Hiscox USA, where she served as a senior underwriter for management liability insurance. She’s also held underwriting positions at
Zurich, ACE and
AIG.
“We are delighted to have Robert and Karilyn join our team to help Beazley meet the needs of or brokers and policyholders,” said Katie Guiou, national head of the private enterprise business development.
