AXA XL names new underwriting lead for SRS business

AXA XL, the property-casualty and specialty risk division of AXA, has announced the appointment of Austin Su as US underwriting lead of its Structured Risk Solutions (SRS) business.

Su will be based in New York, and will focus on developing structured reinsurance for AXA XL’s captives and large corporate clients. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, and joins AXA XL from AIG, where he held positions in alternative risk, country commercial lines leadership, and multinational and captive programs.
