AssuredPartners of New Jersey has acquired Moscker Insurance Agency, based in Severna Park, Maryland and specializing in providing individual and business coverage, as well as life and health insurance products. Moscker, founded in 1992, generates around $3 million in annual revenues.
Founded in 2011, AssuredPartners has about $500 million in annual revenue, with over 120 offices across 30 states and Europe.
Fourteen Moscker Insurance Agency employees will join AssuredPartners as part of the deal. Moscker’s operations will still be handled by Peter Moscker, the founder of the agency.
The deal’s terms were not disclosed.
