In her new role, Crookes will enhance Aon’s client leadership model to ensure coordinated support for insurers across the firm. She will collaborate with over 20 segment teams across five regions to identify common themes and develop deeper insights, leading to more relevant solutions aligned with clients’ strategic goals. Additionally, she will join the global growth committee of Reinsurance Solutions to foster collaboration and drive results.
Crookes will work closely with Joe Peiser, CEO of Commercial Risk Solutions and executive sponsor of the insurance vertical, as well as Lambros Lambrou, CEO of Human Capital at Aon, to integrate the insurance vertical across all solutions and regions.
