Aon has announced the appointment of Anne Corona (pictured above) as its CEO of enterprise clients and global chief commercial officer.
The role, effective from January 1, 2025, aligns with the firm’s ongoing strategy to enhance its commercial operations by deepening alignment, integrating data and analytics, and improving service delivery for clients globally.
In her new position, Corona will collaborate with leaders in Aon’s Enterprise Client Group and regional chief commercial officers. Aon noted that this move supports the company’s ongoing development of its next-generation Aon Client Leadership strategy, which aims to deliver integrated solutions to help clients manage risks and grow their businesses.
Lori Goltermann, CEO of Regions and North America at Aon, highlighted the growing complexity of challenges faced by clients.
“The challenges our clients are facing are multi-faceted, complex and interconnected, and all require agility and the ability to make decisions quickly," she said. Goltermann added that Corona’s leadership and strategic insight would enhance Aon’s ability to assist clients with decisions related to risk and people management.
Corona has been with Aon for nearly 25 years, most recently serving as CEO of Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, she focused on driving innovation and growth, strengthening the firm's capabilities across various solution areas, and fostering relationships with key clients.
With an enterprise-focused approach, she has prioritized serving large, global clients and advancing the firm’s talent development initiatives. Corona will continue to serve on Aon’s Executive Committee and report directly to Goltermann.
Commenting on her new role, Corona expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to engage with the global team.
"Aon's commitment to innovation is creating key points of difference in how we serve our clients across Risk Capital and Human Capital and delivering unmatched content, capability and expertise to our clients,” Corona said.
