Alera Group has acquired the employee benefits consulting firm Benefit Commerce Group (BCG) in Scottsdale, AZ.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BCG is a four-time honoree on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. The firm has also been named as one of the region’s Healthiest Employers annually since 2014 and on the Best Places to Work list each year since 2015.
Following the transaction, all BCG employees will continue operating out of the firm’s existing locations under the name Benefit Commerce Group, an Alera Group Company, LLC.
