Alera Group has announced the appointment of Monica Evans (pictured above) as senior vice president and director of property and casualty solutions. She will report to Mark Englert, P&C practice leader.
In her new role, Evans will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of best practices and solutions for Alera Group’s P&C client service platform.
“Monica is an exciting addition to the Alera Group leadership team,” Englert said. “Her technical expertise provides a solid foundation to support production and client service team colleagues. Her focus on optimizing resources and improving operational efficiency will be an asset for our rapidly growing company. We are thrilled to welcome Monica to Alera Group.”
Evans has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Alera Group, she served as executive vice president and client service leader for business insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency. She began her career as a casualty account executive in Marsh’s risk management department. She also spent a decade at Willis, where she built and managed the client service platform for the P&C department in the company’s New York office. Evans also served as the New York metro region commercial lines leader at Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
