Alera Group has announced the appointment of Tina Santelli as vice president of Worksite Specialty Solutions and Services. In this role, Santelli (pictured above) will be responsible for overseeing all existing specialty benefits solutions.
“Tina Santelli has been a fantastic member of our employee benefits leadership team, and I look forward to her national impact in this new role,” said Sally Prather, executive vice president and employee benefits practice leader at Alera Group. “Under her leadership, we will increase the scope of solutions available in the specialty benefits area, further enhancing the services we offer to our clients across the United States.”

Prior to taking on her new role, Santelli served as vice president of carrier partner management at Alera Group. Before joining the company, Santelli served as vice president of specialty benefits at GCG Financial. She also spent 13 years at Unum on the sales and service side.
