Afore Insurance Services and BCA Insurance Group have partnered to expand operations in the Mid-Atlantic, with BCA serving as Afore's cornerstone platform in the region.
The partnership enables BCA to continue operating under its current name and leadership while retaining all employees in their existing roles. The company will maintain its offices in Northfield and Marlton, New Jersey.
BCA president Brett Balsley said that the partnership would play a key role in facilitating Afore’s growth and operational integration in new markets.
"This collaboration is not just a geographical expansion, but a blending of expertise and resources designed to enhance the overall experience for clients of both companies," said Balsley.
Larry Cohen, executive vice president of BCA, emphasized the benefits of merging BCA’s local market expertise with Afore’s national resources as a top 100 insurance broker.
According to Cohen, the partnership positions the combined entities to deliver solutions tailored to client needs while fostering innovation and enhancing service delivery.
Nick Cashan, another principal of BCA, highlighted the shared values and goals driving the partnership.
The stability of having all BCA team members remain speaks to the continuity clients can expect during this transition," said Cashan.
Meanwhile, Afore president and CEO Michael A. Garguilo expressed optimism about the collaboration.
"BCA provides us with the platform to capitalize upon the many growth opportunities our company is exploring throughout the Mid-Atlantic and across the nation. Their team's professionalism and deep technical expertise will greatly benefit our clients," said Garguilo
