LP Insurance Services, LLC has announced the addition of Ashlynne Valdez (pictured above) to its employee benefits brokerage team in southern Nevada.
Valdez, a native of Nevada and a University of Nevada, Reno graduate, will be responsible for developing new relationships and maintaining existing clients within the LP Insurance Benefits Division.
Her role includes helping employers optimize and communicate their benefits plans, offering services in both English and Spanish.
Trinity Steelman, chief operating officer of LP Insurance Services, said that Valdez brings significant expertise in her new role at the company.
“Ashlynne is an excellent addition to our benefits team. She is well-versed in human resources, compliance and plan communications,” Steelman said.
In April, the company also announced the appointment of Lynn Roberts as a new member of its employee benefits brokerage team.
Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton, Roberts’ extensive career in insurance began with her time in account servicing before she eventually became a broker.
Last year saw the addition of seven new member-owners to its shareholder group, with the firm welcoming Bridget Brundige, Lani Copeland, Shalila Cheta, MaryJo Hawkins, Melissa Marsh, Doug Richesin and Deborah Wilson to the fold.
“As we grow our company, it’s important that there’s a path to embrace new stakeholders,” said Nick Rossi, CEO of LP Insurance Services. “A diverse member group is important to our long-term success, so congratulations to our newest additions.”
