Employee benefits general agency BenefitMall has announced the appointment of Will Provost (pictured) as its new benefits sales executive for New England.

BenefitMall regional vice president Dave Mascia spoke about Provost’s new role in the firm.

“With a passion for supporting small businesses throughout New England, Will plays a crucial role in driving local economic growth by providing outstanding employee benefits and acting as a solutions-focused consultant for brokers,” he said.

Who is Will Provost?

Provost started his career in the insurance industry in 2015 as a licensed sales professional for Allstate. Afterwards, he became a sales representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance and sales executive, small group and individual for Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut. Prior to his new role at BenefitMall, he served as a sales representative at MetLife.

Provost’s extensive experience provides him with knowledge in dental, supplemental health, worksite benefits, paid family and medical leave (PFML), and association plans. His appointment, according to the firm, is part of its commitment to expanding its presence in New England to serve more brokers in the region.

Provost’s appointment followed BenefitMall’s moves for expansion as it recently announced the appointments of new team members in various markets such as Sandi Llewellyn as its new benefits sales executive for Arizona, Julie Linn as its benefits sales executive for its market in Georgia, and Ivonne Arroyo and Lisa Elstein as benefit sales executives for its sales team in Florida.

As the largest employee benefits general agency in the US, BenefitMall works with 20,000 brokers across more than 200,000 small and medium-sized enterprises. It is part of CRC Group’s life, retirement, and benefits solutions division.
