ALKEME has announced its acquisition of Professional Benefits Consultants (PBC), a prominent benefits agency located in Canton, Georgia. A news release highlighted that the acquisition represents a significant step in ALKEME’s strategic expansion across the southern US while reinforcing its growing presence in the employee benefits market.
PBC has earned a strong reputation in the insurance industry by providing comprehensive services, including Medicare and individual insurance solutions, group health insurance plans for businesses, and compliance support.
