Travis is the founding Principal and current CEO of CMR Risk & Insurance Services, with over 25 years of industry experience. Travis holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and an Associate in General  Insurance (AINS) designations in addition to a  Bachelor of Science in  Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Travis specializes in the design and placement of property/casualty and workers compensation programs for middle market companies across the country.  He is a part of several practice groups at CMR, including the surety group leader, real estate and workers’  compensation.  Travis is very experienced in the unique exposures of tax credit investments and has designed several insurance products for the affordable housing  industry.  

Travis brings a complete perspective to risk management and insurance procurement through extensive industry experience and as a business owner and operator.

Travis is and has been actively involved in many real estate and affordable housing associations including Commercial Real Estate and Development Association-NAIOP and National Council of State Housing Agencies-NCSHA as well as several philanthropic organizations including Just in Time for Foster Youth and San Diego State University-The Campanile Foundation.
