Since 2020, Mike Arbour has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sedgwick, a global leader in technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions. The company is the world’s largest provider of claims management, loss adjusting and related services to self-insured corporations, insurance carriers and public entities with over 30,000 colleagues in 65 countries. Mr. Arbour joined Sedgwick in 2014 and served as Group President before becoming CEO in 2020. During his tenure, the company has grown from $1.5 billion in revenue to over $4 billion. Prior to 2014, Mr. Arbour was Chief Executive Officer of VeriClaim, Inc., a market leader in commercial property claims administration and loss adjusting. Previously Mr. Arbour spent 10 years in the private equity and investment banking industries.
Mr. Arbour also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Folds of Honor, a national charitable organization that provides educational scholarships to the families of U.S. military men and women who have been killed or disabled. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Kenyon College and an MBA from Northwestern University (J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management).
