Laurna Castillo

As Senior Vice President of State Product Management, Laurna leads the company’s State Product Management and Agency Administration and Experience teams, who are responsible for the performance of personal lines insurance products across CSAA Insurance Group’s markets.

Laurna started her career at CSAA Insurance Group, and has risen rapidly through its ranks. After graduating from UC Berkeley in 2009 with a degree in Applied Mathematics, she joined the company as an Actuarial Analyst. Subsequent roles of increased responsibility included Actuarial Supervisor and State Product Manager/Executive, before being promoted to her current VP role in 2020. She is also an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Born in Liverpool, UK, Laurna has lived in California since 2000. In her spare time, she enjoys playing games with her two children, Olivia and Harrison, and staying fit with Peloton home workouts.
