Gilliane Isabellehas spent over 30 years in the field of retirement planning.

She is currently the Chief Distribution Officer for AIG Retirement Services, overseeing relationships and engagements with plan sponsors, plan consultants; plan participants and individual clients across the country.

Prior to joining AIG Retirement Services, she served as an Assistant Employee Benefits Manager at New York University, primarily focused on the University’s defined contribution retirement plans.

Ms. Isabelle has a Certified Employee Benefits Designation; a BA in Economics from New York University, and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.

She is passionate about mentoring and coaching employees at different levels of the organization and encouraging employees as they develop in their careers.

Ms. Isabelle sits on the advisory board of Jhpiego, a John Hopkins University affiliate. Jhpiego creates and delivers transformative health care solutions that save the lives of women and their families around the world.

She has one daughter, Ella, who lives in LA, and enjoys traveling to visit her, as well as, traveling with her to discover new places around the world.She also finds time for running, golf and yoga in her spare time.
