John W. Glomb, Jr. joined PHLY in 2007 as SVP of the Management & Professional Liability division. In 2009, he took on responsibility for PHLY's entire Underwriting department as SVP & was appointed Chief Underwriting Officer in 2011. He currently serves as President & CEO.
