Co-founder of Paragon, AIX and Artis. Ron has over 30 years of industry experience with the last 20 years in the commercial specialty segment. He started his career as a commercial underwriter at Travelers after graduating with an Economics Degree from the University of Connecticut. Over his career he has held various executive management roles in underwriting, business development, operations, systems and reinsurance.
