Paul Sullivan serves as EVP, P&C Programs, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP and Chief Underwriting Officer of Arch P&C Programs and SVP, Executive Assurance. Prior to joining Arch, Paul was SVP, Hartford Financial Products. He has a master’s in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He has CPCU and RPLU designations.
