Integra Insurance Solutions, a specialist managing general agent (MGA), has relocated its operations to a new 10,860 sq ft office in Leeds and introduced an updated brand identity as part of its ongoing transformation.
The company, which focuses on home insurance through brokers and intermediaries, as well as church and commercial insurance under its Congregational brand, has moved its 70-member team from Bradford to Bruntwood Sci Tech’s West Village.
West Village, a 230,000 sq ft sustainable office space, is part of Bruntwood Sci Tech’s initiative to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030. Integra cited sustainability as a key factor in its decision to relocate, aligning with its broader goal of becoming a more environmentally responsible business.
As part of this focus, Integra has joined PlanetMark, a global sustainability certification programme. The move to West Village is expected to aid the company’s efforts to measure and reduce its carbon footprint.
Chief executive Martin Cox said the new Leeds city centre location offers an enhanced collaborative environment for the team while reflecting Integra’s evolving business model.
“In addition, our new location brings us physically closer to our clients and will help us further implement our ambitious plans for the future,” Cox said.
Alongside the office relocation, Integra has reimagined its brand identity with a refreshed visual approach and a new positioning line, "Here to Protect."
The company said the updated identity reflects its strategic values of "Integrity, Innovation, and Sustainability" and aligns with its focus on data and technology-driven insurance services.
Cox stated that the rebrand represents a significant step in the company’s evolution, offering a renewed perspective for its employees and clients as Integra continues to expand.
Integra has provided specialist church and related commercial insurance under the Congregational brand for more than 125 years.
Integra’s new office space is part of a ten-year lease agreement at West Village, facilitated by Leeds-based law firm Gordons.
