Mikaela Watts

Mikaela has been in the industry almost 30 years, and has worked for a leading insurer and broking houses. Mikaela has worked as a domestic broker, progressing to commercial broking.  Mikaela then left and had her children, returning to the industry to work at B.I.L.  Starting back as an executive support and office manager and everything else that goes with being in a small office.  In July of 2023 Mikaela returned to her passion of broking and is loving being back in touch with clients again, following our company belief of traditional and personal service that is so hard to find in this new digital age we live in.  In my spare time, Mikaela is busy with her husband, two young children and baking.
