Diversity highlighted

In terms of diversity, this year’s intake boasts a 95% representation of women and 24% from Māori or Pasifika backgrounds, underscoring Career Connect’s commitment to inclusivity.

Brian Knight, CEO of Kaplan Professional, extended congratulations to Anna Devereux, the recipient of the Women in Finance scholarship.

“We are thrilled to be able to support Anna with what we hope will be the first of many Women in Finance scholarships through Career Connect – we offer her our best wishes for a bright and impactful future in financial advice,” he said.

Glenn Croasdale, chief client officer at FMG, highlighted the significance of supporting rural advisers.

“We’re proud to again be supporting a rural adviser through Fidelity Life’s Career Connect programme.
