The Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (
ANZIIF) is set to host an insurance conference that will provide businesses and professionals from Auckland and across New Zealand an opportunity to gain insights from one of the country’s top brands.
Air New Zealand, one of the world’s leading airlines, will be featured as it will share its secrets of success at the conference to be held at the Stamford Plaza, Auckland, on Sept. 7.
The keynote speaker, Anita Hawthorne, Air New Zealand’s general manager for customer engagement, will share how the brand has worked to create superior customer experiences, increased engagement and loyalty amongst customers.
