Tower Insurance chief financial officer Brett Wilson has resigned after just 16 months in the role, the company has announced.
Wilson started in March 2015 after coming from Seniors Money International Limited where he was CFO and Secretary, replacing former CFO Michael Boggs.
In a statement released to NZX, Tower said it had commenced an executive search, with Wilson agreeing to remain in the role until the appointment of a new CFO was finalised.
Tower CEO
Richard Harding thanked Wilson for his hard work and commitment.
“Over the past two years, Brett has made a considerable contribution to the Tower group.
“On behalf of the Tower management team, I would like to thank him and wish him well for his future endeavours.”
The company said it would advise the market when a new appointment was made.
