Insurer RSA has named Anny Khaitan – who came on board last July – as global risk solutions (GRS) chief operating officer.
Khaitan will be responsible for RSA’s GRS operations, change, IT, and risk & compliance across the UK, Europe, and DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) offices.
Aspen’s former head of change in London, Khaitan has nearly 15 years of insurance market experience in senior operations positions. She worked at
Aon and
Tokio Marine Kiln, as well.
“I am pleased to join RSA on its journey towards becoming a best-in-class insurer,” said Khaitan, who also spent several years with logistics firm DHL.
She added: “I’ve come into a high-performing team of people at GRS who are focused on growing our business within target industry sectors by building a solid structure and sustainable relationships with our customers, our Global Network, and broking partners.”
Hayley Robinson, GRS managing director, UK & international, said Khaitan’s experience will help the unit in providing the tools and processes that its teams need to succeed and drive GRS’ ambitions.
RSA has more than 13,000 employees across its core businesses, with net written premiums of £6.4 billion in 2016.
