Rothbury Insurance Brokers has launched a new invoice designed to enhance client experience and provide them with an instant connection to the company.
“An invoice is not the first thing that comes to mind when connecting and staying in touch with our clients and is often overlooked,” Rothbury managing director
Roger Abel said. “Client touchpoints are a big deal to insurance brokers, and this is a great opportunity to connect with our clients and provide them with the confidence that we’ve got their needs covered.”
According to Rothbury, the invoice creates a personal touchpoint with clients, featuring brokers’ photos, contact details, improved readability and interactive payment options for monthly instalments or payment online.
“We expect the interactive invoices will also reduce our aged receivables as clients click through and take action directly from the invoice,” Abel said.
